On 13–14 May 2026, the TRITON consortium gathered in Wroclaw, Poland, for its 4th Plenary Meeting, bringing together project partners to review progress, discuss technical developments, and align upcoming activities towards the project’s next milestones.

Hosted in a collaborative and productive atmosphere, the two-day meeting provided an opportunity for partners to present the latest advancements across the TRITON framework. Discussions covered the ongoing development of AI-driven penetration testing technologies, generative AI attacks, automated scanning capabilities, risk analysis methodologies, advanced reconnaissance techniques, and validation activities within the project’s demonstration environments.

A dedicated technical discussion session enabled partners to address integration challenges, review tool-to-use-case mappings, assess development risks, and coordinate preparations for upcoming demonstrations and the project’s interim review.

The second day focused on the progress of the AI-fuelled Generative Attacks and Automated Scanning activities, project management and coordination matters, communication and stakeholder engagement activities, as well as preparations for the forthcoming project review.

The meeting concluded with a shared commitment to continue advancing TRITON’s vision of delivering next-generation AI-enhanced cybersecurity solutions capable of automating and strengthening penetration testing activities across complex defence and critical infrastructure environments.

We would like to thank all partners for their active participation, valuable contributions, and continued collaboration towards achieving the project’s objectives.
